Turkey, Cranberry and Blue Cheese Wrap

Turkey, Cranberry and Blue Cheese Wrap

The flavors in this cranberry and blue cheese wrap work well together with the sweet and tart cranberry sauce accented with the tangy blue cheese and the turkey.

Yield:

Serves 1

Ingredients

  1. 1 large lavash bread
  2. 1 handful lettuce
  3. 1 handful turkey (cooked and shredded)
  4. 1 handful blue cheese
  5. 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. Heat the lavash for 15-20 seconds to make it easier to handle. With the lavash laying flat on your work surface, spread out the lettuce leaves leaving two opsing edges uncovered.
  2. Spread the turkey, blue cheese, and cranberry sauce along the middle of the lettuce leaves. Wrap the lavash, like a burrito, bringing the two uncovered sides together using a small ammount of cranberry sauce or a toothpick to hold.
  3. Slice into two pieces and serve immediately.
