Vietnamese Mango Salad

Vietnamese Mango Salad

Mangos have a unique flavor, meltingly sweet, soft and exoticly perfumed. This Mango salad is sure to be a favorite, simple and breathtakingly fresh.

Yield:

Serves 2

Ingredients

  1. 2 large mangoes, chopped coarsely
  2. 1 small red onion, sliced thinly
  3. 1 fresh long red chilli, sliced thinly
  4. 1 1/2 bean sprouts
  5. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander
  6. Dressing :
  7. 2 tsp fish sauce
  8. 2 tsp grated palm sugar
  9. 2 tbsp lime juice
  10. 1 tbsp peanut oil (dita-I used olive oil)

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in medium bowl, drizzle with the dressing and toss gently.
