Cinnamon Ice Cream

Cinnamon Ice Cream

 

Yield:

Makes about 3 cups.

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  2. 2 2/3 cups skim milk
  3. 2/3 cups sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk in sugar until mostly dissolved.
  2. Place all incredients into ice cream maker. Churn for 45 minutes. Transfer to freezer until ready to serve.
